Our Commitment to Your Care: Appointment & Arrival Policy

At Elements Optometry, your vision is our priority. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you so that our doctors can provide the thorough, personalized care you deserve. To help us serve our community reliably, we have the following guidelines:

Our Grace Policy

We know that life doesn’t always go as planned! Whether it’s an unexpected traffic jam or a family emergency, we offer a one-time courtesy grace for a missed or late appointment. We want your first experience with us to be stress-free.

Scheduling & Cancellations

To ensure that every patient in need of care has an opportunity to be seen, we kindly ask for at least 24 business hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes.

  • Aside from your one-time grace, changes made with less than 24 business hours' notice will result in a $50 fee.

  • Please note that insurance does not cover this fee; it must be settled prior to scheduling your next visit.

A Note on Late Arrivals

To keep our day running smoothly for everyone, patients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule. This ensures we don't have to "rush" your exam, as we never want to compromise the quality of your care. If your one-time grace has already been used, the standard $50 fee will apply.

Our Promise to You

As a healthcare facility, our doctors occasionally encounter urgent eye emergencies. We truly value your time and will make every effort to notify you in advance if we are running behind schedule.
